Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6-7 Semi Boiled thick sliced potatoes
  2. 3 Spoons of corn flour
  3. 3 Spoons of maida
  4. 1 spoon of lemon juice
  5. 1 Spoon of red chilly powder
  6. Salt per taste
  7. 1/2 Spoon of garam masala powder
  8. 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
  9. Water for the required consistency
  10. A pinch of orange food colour

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all our ingredients except potato slices in the bowl and mix them dry first
  2. Next add water to the dry mixture and make it like a bajii bonda consistency
  3. Now dip the potato slices in the batter and magirate them for 1/2 hr and then deep fry them.
