Ingredients to make Sesame chicken with crispy spinach

  • 2 medium size chicken breast
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Pepper as per your taste
  • 1 bunch of spinach medium chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of cornflour
  • 1/4 cup of soda water
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • I teaspoon of flour

How to make Sesame chicken with crispy spinach

  1. Cut the chicken breast vertically into strands.
  2. Marinate with lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each strand of chicken in the beaten egg.
  5. And then dip it in the cornflour and soda paste.
  6. Dep fry each strand in oil.
  7. In the remaining oil that is left in the pan after deep frying add the sauces and put the chicken.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and switch of the gas oven.
  9. Then add the honey to the chicken.
  10. Dust flour in the chopped spinach and again deep fry it.
  11. Switch of the gas add honey to it.
  12. Sprinkle some salt and serve it with chicken.
  13. You can mix both chicken and spinach together.
  14. Serve hot.

My Tip:

The soda makes the chicken crispy.
