Bread Aloo Tikki

Ingredients to make Bread Aloo Tikki

  • Boiled potatoes 2 big sized
  • 4 bread slices, cut into round shapes with the help of a katori/bowl
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • butter or ghee 1 tsp

How to make Bread Aloo Tikki

  1. Boil the potato, then mash it and add spices and add salt in it.
  2. Roast the bread on one side with butter or ghee. On the other side of the bread, apply the mashed aloo mixture.
  3. Now in a hot pan or tawa, apply oil and cook the aloo mix like how you cook tikkis.
  4. Serve it with chutney or sauce.
