Italian Herb Paneer tikka

Ingredients to make Italian Herb Paneer tikka

  • 200 grams Italian herb paneer.
  • 2 tspn corn flour
  • 1/4 tspn paprika powder or kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Sprinkle of pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tspn oil to grease pan
  • Few tikka skews
  • To Garnish :
  • An onion, a tomato, a carrot and a pack of Tangy Wafers

How to make Italian Herb Paneer tikka

  1. Cut out Paneer Triangles and keep aside.
  2. Make marinade of Cornflour chiili /paprika powder,salt and pepper into a medium thin paste.
  3. Apply this paste to the paneer by dipping each piece and put 2 pieces each on to skews. Keep it aside for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Heat a non stick pan wide enough to make the skews movement of overturning easy enough to roast well. Add 2tspn oil in this.
  5. Slow the flame and slowly place skews.
  6. Roast and turn sides as per color required but don't over cook.
  7. Gently remove each on serving plates garnished with onions, tomatoes and wafers.
