About Chapati noodles Recipe

Healthy & tasty option of noodles, prepared with chapati and vegetables.

Chapati noodles

Ingredients to make Chapati noodles

  • Canola or olive oil -1tbsp
  • wheat flour chapati -4
  • carrot -1tbsp
  • onion-1tbsp
  • cauliflower-1tbsp
  • salt according to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste
  • Soya sauce-1 tsp
  • tomato sauce - 2 tsp

How to make Chapati noodles

  1. Make chapati or you can use your left over chapati. Roll it and cut strips with the help of kitchen scissors.
  2. Cut vegetables lenth wise.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, roast onions and add all chopped vegetables and saute them for a minute.
  4. Now add chapati noodles,salt and sauces. Mix well
  5. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Let the vegetables be crunchy. don't let them get soft.
