Ingredients to make Fulke/Chapati ki Mithi Kuti or Bhori

  • 1 big & little thick Wheat flour Chapati
  • Clarified butter/ ghee 4 tsp
  • Sugar/Jaggery 4 tsp
  • Roasted papad-1

How to make Fulke/Chapati ki Mithi Kuti or Bhori

  1. Make big and little mota chapati of wheat flour. Apply pure ghee on it. Fold it like potli and roll chapati again. Seko it on tawa both sides on medium flame.
  2. Remove chapati from tawa and again apply little ghee and fold and press the it wid roller pin. Make chura/ crushed chapati into pieces.
  3. Tk out this chura into bowl and start crushing chapati with your both hands rubbing vigorously between ur palms.
  4. Now take a non stick pan. Add 2 tsp ghee. Add 3 -4 spoons of sugar/jaggery. Add chapati ka chura. Mix well till sugar/jaggery dissolves.
  5. Its ready to serve. Transfer this into serving bowl. Serve with roasted papad.
