Rawa Appe

Ingredients to make Rawa Appe

  • Rawa(suji)-1cup
  • Curd-1cup
  • Onion -1tbsp finely chopped
  • Capsicum-1tbsp-finely chopped
  • Carrot-1tbsp grated
  • Tomato-1tbsp chopped
  • Baking soda-1/2tbsp
  • Salt & black pepper according to taste
  • Curry leaves-4-5 chopped
  • Little oil

How to make Rawa Appe

  1. Mix all the ingredients well accept oil.
  2. Leave it as it is for half an hour.
  3. After half an hour check this batter.if thicken add little water and make batter like idli.
  4. Heat appe pan. drizzle one -one drop oil in it then pour 1-1spoon batter in appe pan.
  5. Cover it after 1 minute check it.if down side is cooked completely thenflip it and cook anoter side evenly.
  6. Take out from appe pan, serve hot with your favourite sauce...mine is tomato sauce.

My Tip:

Vegetables should be finely chopped.
