ABOUT Kebab with tamarind caramel sauce RECIPE

The idea came from the ramzan iftari.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gm Mutton mince
  2. 1cup Fried onions
  3. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1tbsp Coriander powder
  5. ½ tbsp Kashmiri powder
  6. 1tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2tsp Garam massala powder
  8. 2tsp Kasuri methi powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ghee for frying
  11. 1tbsp Hung curd
  12. 2tsp Rose water
  13. 1tsp Cardamom powder
  14. 1tbsp Almond , Pistachio , Cashew nut ( sliced)
  15. 1tbsp Green coriander
  16. 2tsp Mint leaves
  17. 2tsp lemon juice
  18. 1 egg
  19. For sauce- ½ cup Sugar
  20. ½ cup water
  21. 2tsp lemon juice
  22. 1tsp paprika powder
  23. 1tsp rose water
  24. 1tbsp.tamarind pulp

Instructions

  1. METHOD FOR CARAMEL SAUCE
  2. Take a pan & add sugar for caramelizing
  3. Now add water , lemon & add all the ingredients & make the caramel
  4. METHOD FOR KEBAB-
  5. Mix all the Ingredients of Kebab.
  6. Prepare medium sized Kebab from the readymade mixture.
  7. Heat ghee in a fried pan 	
  8. After heating ghee, shallow fry all the Kebab until they are golden brown.
  9. After frying kebab put caramel above it and cook it for some time.
  10. Serve the kebab with the garnish Cashew nut and almond slice.
