Ingredients to make Kebab with tamarind caramel sauce

  • 250gm Mutton mince
  • 1cup Fried onions
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp Kashmiri powder
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 2tsp Garam massala powder
  • 2tsp Kasuri methi powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee for frying
  • 1tbsp Hung curd
  • 2tsp Rose water
  • 1tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1tbsp Almond , Pistachio , Cashew nut ( sliced)
  • 1tbsp Green coriander
  • 2tsp Mint leaves
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • For sauce- ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp paprika powder
  • 1tsp rose water
  • 1tbsp.tamarind pulp

How to make Kebab with tamarind caramel sauce

  1. METHOD FOR CARAMEL SAUCE
  2. Take a pan & add sugar for caramelizing
  3. Now add water , lemon & add all the ingredients & make the caramel
  4. METHOD FOR KEBAB-
  5. Mix all the Ingredients of Kebab.
  6. Prepare medium sized Kebab from the readymade mixture.
  7. Heat ghee in a fried pan
  8. After heating ghee, shallow fry all the Kebab until they are golden brown.
  9. After frying kebab put caramel above it and cook it for some time.
  10. Serve the kebab with the garnish Cashew nut and almond slice.
