Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada In Appe Pan

  • Sabudana : 1 Cup
  • Coarsely Ground Peanut : 1/4 - 1/2 cup [ Depends on choice ]
  • Hard Boiled Potato : 1
  • Jeera [ Cumin Seeds ] : 1 tsp
  • Green Chilly : 2 small finely chopped
  • Cilantro [ Coriander Leaves ] : 2 tbsp
  • Lime Juice : 2 tsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Sabudana Vada In Appe Pan

  1. Rinse Sabudana well & soak for 3 hours. Water level above sabudana should be 1 cm.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, jeera, finely chopped green chilly, coarsely ground groundnut, coriander leaves & Salt. Mix well then add Lime juice.
  3. Form small size balls.
  4. Heat Appe pan. Add drop of Oil in every cavity. Place sabudana ball in each of the cavity. Add drop of oil again. Cover & cook for 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes flip & cook again for 2 minutes. Flip 2-3 times till sabudana vada is perfectly brown.
  6. Serve with curd or peanut chutney.
