Granola bars are very healthy , each and every age people should eat these these are sugar and butter /oil free ,honey ,choclate syrup and dates are used for sweetness please do try these healthy bars

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup oats
  2. 1/2 Cup of chopped almonds
  3. 1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts
  4. 1/4 Th cup of chopped pistachio
  5. 1/4 Cup of dry cranberries
  6. 1/4 Th cup of dried blue berries
  7. 1/4 Th cup of raisins
  8. 2 Tbsp of honey
  9. 1/4 Th tsp of salt
  10. 1/2 Cup of hersheys choclate syrup
  11. 1/4 Th cup of melon seeds
  12. 1/4 Th cup of flax seeds
  13. 1/4 Th cup of chopped dates

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP OATS AND 1/2 CUP EACH CHOPPED ALMONDS AND WALNUTS TO PAN AND ROAST
  2. GIVE A GOOD STIR
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED PISTACHIO AND 1/4 CUP OF MELON AND FLAX SEEDS
  4. ADD 1/4 TH CUP OF DRIED CRANBERRIES AND BLUE BERRIES AND 8-9 AND CHOPPED DATES , SWITCH OFF FLAME
  5. REMOVE EVERYTHING IN LARGE BOWL AND COOL DOWN FOR 5 MINUTES
  6. ADD 1/4 TH CUP OF RAISINS ,1/4 TH TSP OF SALT , AND 2TBSP OF HONEY
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP OF HERSHEYS CHOCLATE SYRUP
  8. MIX THE MIXTURE WITH SPATULA
  9. REMOVE THE MIXTURE IN A BAKING TIN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
  10. SPREAD EVENLY AND PRESS WITH SPATULA
  11. GREASE PRESSER WITH OIL OR GHEE AND PRESS MIXTURE TIGHTLY
  12. KEEP IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR BAKING
  13. SET THE TEMPERATURE FOR 180 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES
  14. AS SOON AS IT IS BAKED COOL IT COMPLETELY
  15. REMOVE FROM TRAY
  16. CUT THE BARS IN DESIRED SHAPES
  17. WRAP THEM IN PARCHMENT PAPER
  18. TIE WITH A JUTE THREAD
