Ingredients to make Crunchy pearl

  • Overnite soaked tapioca pearl 3/4th cup
  • Ground oats 1cup
  • Grated ginger 1tsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1
  • Chopped onion medium 1
  • salt as per taste
  • Freshly crushed black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Water

How to make Crunchy pearl

  1. Soak the tapioca overnight.
  2. Grind the oats into powder.
  3. Mix tapioca and grounded oats with water required for binding.
  4. Churn the mixture little bit in mixer.
  5. Add ginger,chili,onion,salt,black pepper.
  6. Add water if required to make a thick batter.
  7. Allow the batter to rest for 10 mins.
  8. Now fry the small droppings of the batter.
  9. Server with hot cup of ginger tea and chutney of your choice.

Add green corriander if desired.
