Ingredients to make Zucchini Bajji/Zucchini Pakoras

  • 1 no Large zucchini (sliced)
  • 1/2cup Gram flour
  • 1/4cup Corn flour
  • 1/4cup Rice flour
  • 1/4cup Idly batter
  • 1/2tsp Fennel seed powder
  • 1tsp Red chilly powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for deepfrying

How to make Zucchini Bajji/Zucchini Pakoras

  1. Mix the gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, fennel seed powder, red chilly powder, idly batter, salt and add enough water to turn into thick batter. Heat the oil for deep frying, dip the zucchini slices to the prepared batter.
  2. Drop them to the hot oil and deep fry them until they turns golden brown.. Fry them in batches and drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
  3. Serve with spicy coconut chutney or with ketchup.
