Ingredients to make Poha ladoo

  • Two cups soaked poha
  • Two big boiled potatoes
  • One chopped onion
  • Half spoon green chilly
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/4spoon red chilly
  • Three spoon all purpose flour (maida)
  • Half cup bread crumbs
  • oil for fraying
  • Chopped dry fruits like almonds cashewnuts kishmish
  • Two spoon peanut powder
  • Two spoon coconut powder
  • salt as per taste
  • Half spoon coriander powder
  • One small tomoto

How to make Poha ladoo

  1. Take a bowl put poha mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, peanut powder, coconut powder, salt ,chopped tomatoes And mix well
  2. Make a batter of all purpose flour and water.
  3. Take the mixture and spread it.
  4. Fill it with chopped dry fruits and make equal size of balls .
  5. Make all balls.
  6. Dip in to All purpose flour batter and coat with bread crumbs
  7. Now fry all balls at low flame.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup

My Tip:

Eggs can also be used in place of all purpose flour batter.
