  • 500gms besan
  • 200gms rice flour
  • 2 to3 green chillies
  • 1tsp fennel sds
  • Half tsp turmeric powder
  • Curry leaf15 to 20 torn into peices
  • 1/4tsp cooking soda
  • 1/4th cup ghee
  • 1cup chopped spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying

  1. Take a kadai and pour the oil . while the oil is getting ready prepare the rest of the ingredients to a pinching consisting by adding water little by little. Add a tblsp of the hot oil in the prepared mixture mix thoroughly . take a handfull and drop it into the oil by pinches not too small but slightly big and let them be of uneven shape.when they turn golden brown remove and spread it a lined colander to remove exccess oil
