Stuffed Potato Chaat

Ingredients to make Stuffed Potato Chaat

  • 6 potato boiled but little hard
  • 1cup paneer grated
  • 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 Onion's finely chopped
  • 2 green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves ( cleaned and washed)
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves (cleaned and washed)
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp green chilly sauce
  • Salt
  • Cheeses (optional)
  • 1 cup sev
  • 3 tsp oil
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp zeera

How to make Stuffed Potato Chaat

  1. Take boiled potatoes peel them and cut half from middle, scrap the inside of potato softly it should not break, keep aside the scrapped potato.
  2. Place potatoes which are made hollow, in bowl and put salt n black pepper, marinate them and keep aside.
  3. Take a pan put on stove, add oil and zeera when it Crackle's add onion, saute 2 min, add cabbage saute for 2min add salt, chilly sauce, soya sauce, and the pitatoes which we have kept aside, mix them then turn off the stove and keep aside to cool.
  4. Now take shot glasses and start assembling.
  5. Fist put cabbage masala, then paneer, put black pepper on it ( pinch) then if want cheese and mint leaves break with hands add corriander leave's again repeat the same steps.
  6. Take the potatoes and fill them with same filling, set them on top of glasses and serve.
