Ingredients to make Masoor onion Bhajia

  • Masoor black sabut - ½ cup
  • Onion slices - 1 cup
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tbs
  • Chopped green chilli - 1 tbs
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbs
  • Haldi power - ½ tbs
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Coriander power - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Edible oil - For deep frying

How to make Masoor onion Bhajia

  1. • Grind soaked masoor in mixie.
  2. • Mixed Onion slices and rice flour than mixed others all chopped vegetables like Chopped ginger,Chopped green chilli,Rice flour,Coriander leaves.
  3. • Mix Onion slices and rice flour than mix others all chopped --
  4. • Add Coriander power and salt., mix well.
  5. • Take edible oil in a fry pan, heat it and fry prepared masoor onion bhajia.
  6. • Place Bhajia in a plate and serve.
  7. • Serve with chilli chutney.
