Ingredients to make Tomato chicken gravy

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2/3 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Kashmiri chillis
  • Garam Masala
  • Corainder powdr
  • Chicken masala
  • I cup curd
  • Salt to taste

How to make Tomato chicken gravy

  1. Marianate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and salt, keep aside for a hour.
  2. In a kadai add onions Kashmiri red chillis saute for a minute, once the onion is golden brown add tomatoes and let it cook.
  3. Once cooked take it off the gas and make a gravy of it .
  4. In other kadai add finely chopped onions, once they turn golden brown add chicken let it cook once the chicken is done add the paste let it cook for another 20 minutes add salt, corainder powder and chicken masala.
