Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour - 1.25 cups
  2. Salt
  3. Ice water - 3 tbsp
  4. Cooked chicken (small boneless chicken cooked in little onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and salt)
  5. Chopped bell peppers/capsicum
  6. chopped onion
  7. Chopped spring onions
  8. Grated cheese (any cheese of your choice)
  9. oregano
  10. Butter - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. 1. Pulsate the cold butter in a blender. Add the flour and pulsate twice. Then add the cold water and pulsate once more, this will give a rough dough. Chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough and cut into thin very small rotis, prick them with fork and bake them for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180. Cool them.
  3. 3. To assemble, put some chicken curry on the saucers.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the chopped bell peppers, onions, spring onions, then sprinkle the cheese and oregano
  5. 5.Bake them at 200, in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve.
