Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curry leaves - 1 cup
  2. Garlic pod - 8 - 10 S
  3. Roasted peanuts - 1 cup
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  7. Whole red chilly - 2
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and pet dry the curry leaves.
  2. Heat oil in a medium flame and fry the curry leaves until crispy and strain it.
  3. Again heat oil in the same pan and fry the garlic pods and now add the red chilly powder,amchur powder,and roasted cumin seeds and saute for one mins.
  4. Once cooled,take a blender add fried curry leaves,garlic cloves with all spices,roasted peanuts and salt and blend it to make a smooth paste.
  5. Now curry leaves chutney is ready to eat.
