Ingredients to make Oats Pancake

  • For the batter:
  • Oats 2 cups (roasted and grounded)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp hing/asafoetida
  • 1 tsp haldi/ turmeric
  • 1 tsp lal mirch/red chilli
  • 1 tsp dry mint leaf powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp white til/ sesame seeds

How to make Oats Pancake

  1. Mix ingredients of the batter in a bowl and make a thin dropping consistency dosa like batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of toppings.
  3. Now on a medium hot non-stick pan, pour 1 table spoon of batter and spread it. After 20-30 seconds flip and let the other side cook as well.
  4. Serve hot with garnish on top.

My Tip:

I didn't have any secret sauce, it's normal raw papaya chutney and pudina chutney and tomato sauce.
