Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. all purpose flour 1 cup
  2. 2 medium sized smashed potato
  3. small pieces capsicum half cup
  4. tomato slice 1/2 cup
  5. salt
  6. pieces of boil potato half cup
  7. grated cabbage to teaspoon
  8. grated carrot to teaspoons
  9. garam masala powder half teaspoon
  10. ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  11. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  12. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  13. pieces of green chillies half teaspoon

Instructions

  1. mix the all purpose flour smashed potatoes salt to taste and one teaspoon oil
  2. add some water and knead the maida
  3. now leave it for 10 minutes
  4. in a frying pan we add 2 teaspoon oil
  5. add slice onion green chillies capsicum grated carrot grated cabbage
  6. add tomatoes and pieces of boil potatoes
  7. add turmeric powder coriander powder garam masala powder Lal mirch powder salt
  8. now we make a small bowl of maida
  9. now stuff the bowl with vegetables mixture
  10. with the help of our fingers we give it a kachori shape
  11. then deep fry the kachori
