Ingredients to make Rosematta Rice (Red Rice)

  • 1 1/2 cup Rosematta rice
  • 12 cups water

How to make Rosematta Rice (Red Rice)

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly.
  2. Add the rice and water in a pressure cook over low heat.
  3. Once it starts to steam, cover with the lid and cook for 1 whistle.
  4. Remove from heat and let the pressure go down.
