Ingredients to make Yummy masala oats with veggies

  • Quaker oats - 2 cup
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to make Yummy masala oats with veggies

  1. Take a pan. Heat the oil. Once the oil gets hot, add chopped onion and fry until get golden.
  2. Now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Mix well.
  3. Once it mixed well add chopped tomato and mix it again. Now cover the pan till tomatoes get pulpy.
  4. Once tomatoes get pulpy add chopped vegetables and mix well. You can use your favourite vegetables in this. You can also use the boiled corn.
  5. Now add oats. Mix well and add water. You can add water as per your choice. Now cover the pan for 6 to 7 min. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Remove it in bowl. Your yummy masala oats with veggies is ready to eat.

My Tip:

You can add the things which you like. I have also added the shezwan chutney and oregano powder. It gives nice taste to the dish.
