Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup semolina
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Curry leaves and mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter with besan, semolina, curd, baking powder and salt.
  2. Now boil water in a steamer. Take a bowl brush with oil and pour the batter and steam for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes cut into pieces.
  4. Now add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add all pieces of dhokla and saute.
  5. Now it is ready to serve.
