Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Kathal(diced) 2 cup
  2. chana dal 1 cup
  3. onion 2
  4. ginger 1 inch pc.
  5. garlic 5-6
  6. cloves
  7. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  8. cloves 4
  9. cardamom black 2
  10. green chillies- 2
  11. peppercorn1/4 tsp
  12. nutmeg a small pinch
  13. mace a small pinch
  14. red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. green chillies 6-7
  16. and salt

Instructions

  1. Take cut raw jackfruit into pressure cooker and add chana dal.now grind ginger,garlic,green chilli,cumin seeds,cloves cardamom,nutmeg,mace,peppercorn and onion, then add grind paste into cooker and add red chilli powder,salt and 1 cup water.
  2. Cook for 10 mins.now grind it into smooth paste.heat oil add chopped onion,green chillies & fry till onionstill light brown.add this onion and coriander leaves into grind paste, make tikkis and fry till golden brown.
