Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5-6 Dry red chillies
  2. 4-5 garlic cloves
  3. 1 tomato
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. For tempering - 2-3 curry leaves
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. First soak dry red chillies into hot water for about 30 minutes .
  2. Now drain the water from chillies and deseeded the chillies.
  3. In a grinder ,put soaked chillies ,tomato ,garlic and salt .Grind it well and make smooth paste. Keep this aside .
  4. Now for tempering- take a pan ,add 1 tsp oil . Then add mustard seeds and curry leaves .When seeds starts crackle ,turn off the burner . Pour this on chilli tomato paste.Rajasthani dry red chilli chutney is ready.
