Ingredients to make Barley soup

  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 tsp barley powder
  • 2 pieces baby corn
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil as required
  • Chilli flakes as required
  • 4 tsp butter

How to make Barley soup

  1. Boil all veggies and add barley powder and stir continuously.
  2. After cooking add tomato sauce salt, black pepper and butter.
  3. Now pour in soup bowl garnish with basil and chilli flakes.
  4. Serve hot soup.
