Ingredients to make Baked bread circles

  • 6 Brown bread pieces cut in circles
  • 1/2cup boiled peas
  • 1/2cup boiled sweet corns
  • 2chopped onions
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 2chopped green chilly
  • 1tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2tsp chilly flakes
  • 1/2tsp black pepper pd
  • 1tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3tbsp veg mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Tomato sauce

How to make Baked bread circles

  1. First cut bread into roundels.
  2. Now chopped onions andcapsicum.
  3. Boiled sweet corns and peas. Chopped green chilly.
  4. Take a bowl mix all ingredients together along with seasoning salt and mayonnise and all the thing mention above.
  5. Now spread tomato sauce on the bread then spread above mixture.
  6. Now bake it in preheated airfryer for 8-10minutes at 180degree.
  7. Enjoy with tomato sauce and tea or coffee.

My Tip:

You can bake them in oven or microwave also. Nice and light snack for any time munching.
