ABOUT Paneer with tangi tomato and capsicum RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gram Paneer
  2. 2 large capsicum cut into thin long slices
  3. 1 spoon ginger and garlic paste
  4. 1 cup tomato puree
  5. 2 green chilli chopped
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  8. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 spoon coriander powder
  10. 1/2 spoon garam masala powder
  11. 2 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, put green chilli, ginger - garlic paste saute till raw smell goes.
  2. Add capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add tomato puree, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add paneer cubes and mix well .
  5. After 2-3 minutes switch off the gas.
  6. Serve hot with naans or roti.
