Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 2 tsp barley
  3. 2 tsp rice
  4. 4 tsp sugar
  5. 1/2 cup Crushed nuts
  6. 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  7. Fresh coconut half cup

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and when it comes to boiling point then add rice and barley.
  2. Continuously stir, it will reduce 1/4 and should not stick to bottom.
  3. Then add crushed nuts sugar fresh coconut and cardamom powder.
  4. Ready to serve. Enjoy after dinner or lunch.
