Chicken cheese delight

Ingredients to make Chicken cheese delight

  • Half kg thigh and leg piece chicken
  • 2 tspn Ginger Garlic crushed
  • 250 gms Mozzerella cheese
  • 250 gms mixed veggies of your choice (carrot, french beans, potatoes)
  • 1 potato
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1/2 tspn Garam Masala
  • Any dry herb of your choice(I used oregano)
  • Small Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Oil to shallow fry

How to make Chicken cheese delight

  1. Boil chicken with half tspn salt, ginger- garlic paste and garam masala.
  2. Keep chicken stock aside.
  3. Chop veggies, saute and cool.
  4. Boil 1 potato to add into veggies.
  5. Grate mozerella cheese and keep aside.
  6. Now shred chicken in a bowl.
  7. Add veggies and hand crushed potato to the shredded chicken.
  8. Now add salt, pepper and oregano.
  9. Mix well and fold in the shredded cheese lastly.
  10. Now form oblong rolls by using a little oil on your palm.
  11. Roll these in bread crumbs.
  12. Rest on a plate.
  13. Beat 1 egg well.
  14. Heat oil in a pan.
  15. Lightly coat each roll in egg and shallow fry well.
  16. Remove on kitchen tissue paper to soak extra oil
  17. Serve hot with sauces of your choice mustard, tomato and even green coriander chutney.

My Tip:

Prepare fresh. Do not over fry.
