Dhaabi

Ingredients to make Dhaabi

  • 7 slices bread
  • 1 medium size Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chilli (finely chopped )
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (khaskhas)
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Oil (for deep frying)

How to make Dhaabi

  1. Crush bread slices properly.
  2. Add onion,chaat masala,green chilli,poppy seeds,salt, coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Take the mixture and make small sized round cutlets by rolling and flattening the mixture in your palms.
  4. Deep fry the cutlets in hot oil.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with green chutney.

My Tip:

Use bread corners also.
