Ingredients to make Fruit cake

  • 3 cups maida
  • 1-1/2 cup luke warm milk
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp pineapple essence
  • 1/2 cup cherry
  • 1/4 cup ghee/refined oil

How to make Fruit cake

  1. Take sugar and milk in a big bowl. Mix well to dilute the sugar. Add baking soda and baking powder in maida and strain it .
  2. Add dry ingredients in wet , then add essence , oil and cherry mix all ingredients . Batter for making cake is ready.
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade. Grease the container. Pour the cake mixture in the container and pat it on surface. Bake it @180 degree for 45 minutes. Check the For this insert a knife, if it comes out cleans then the cake is ready.
