Dahi Bhindi Masala

Ingredients to make Dahi Bhindi Masala

  • Chopped bhindi- 250 gms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Little Ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

How to make Dahi Bhindi Masala

  1. Take a wok,add 1 tbsp oil, as oil get hot add in the chopped bhindi.
  2. Saute it and cook the bhindi properly. Keep stirring in between. Do not cover it
  3. Keep the cooked bhindi aside.
  4. Grind tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli and curd together
  5. Take a pan add cumin seeds. As it started crackling add chopped onions and saute for a minute.
  6. Add the color changes add ground paste and stir it. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add all dry masalas and cook for a minute.
  8. Add bhindi and salt cook for a minute.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala.
