Ingredients to make Maddur Vada
- 2 cups : Maida / All purpose flour
- 1 cup : Chiroti rawa / Fine sooji
- 1/2 cup : Rice flour
- 2 tbsp : Ghee / Clarified butter
- 1 tbsp : Cumin seeds
- 6 to 8 nos : Green chillies crushed
- Handful : Mint leaves , finely chopped
- Handful : Cilantro / Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 large : Onion finely chopped
- Few curry leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for Deep frying
How to make Maddur Vada
My Tip:Fry them on medium heat, do not rush the process as they tend to soften once stored.
