Ingredients to make Dates laddoos

  • Deseeded dates 400grams
  • Chopped cashews 100 grams
  • Chopped almonds 100 grams
  • 1 tbsp Desi ghee

How to make Dates laddoos

  1. First of all heat your ghee in a kadai and roast cashews and almonds in it till they become pink ,strain them out of kadai and keep aside.
  2. Now grind deseeded dates roughly in the grinder, tough job it is as dates get stick to the jar but you have to do it.
  3. Add the dates to already heated remaining ghee and roast to dilute it's natural sugar, add roasted almonds ,cashews to it and mix properly.
  4. This task is little bit tough as you have to make balls like laddoos soon while this mixture remains hot.
