Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Marination:
  2. Chicken with bone 1 kg
  3. 1tsp of salt
  4. 1 tbsp of curd
  5. 1/2 tsp of zeera powder
  6. 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
  7. 1/2 tsp of tandoori masala powder
  8. 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
  10. 1/2 Lemon juice
  11. 2 tsp of red chilly powdee
  12. 1/2 tsp of chaat masala
  13. Masala:
  14. 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
  15. 3/4 cup of red chilly sauce
  16. 1 big onion finely chopped
  17. 7-8 cloves of garlic chopped
  18. 3 tbsp of oil
  19. Spring Onion chopped
  20. 1 tsp of sugar or corn syrup
  21. 1/2 capsicum sliced
  22. 1 tsp of red chilly powder
  23. 1 tsp of soya sauce
  24. 1 tsp of vinegar
  25. Salt

Instructions

  1. Marination: 1:First marinate the chicken with salt,tandoori masala powder,zeera powder,lemon juice,ggp,coriander powder,red chilly powder,curd,garam masala,chaat masala. 2:Take a pan and add some oil and heat it for 2 min then add the marinated chicken to it. 3:First cook the chicken on high for 2 min then on slow for 15-20 min or until cook on lid.
  2. 4:Take oil in a pan and add onion and saute until raw smell goes or for 5 min 5: Now add garlic and saute until garlic turns golden brown 5:now add red chilly sauce,tomato ketchup,soya sauce,vinegar and give a nice stir. 6:Now add sugar and red chilly powder. 7:Now add water and cook on slow till smell goes with lid 8:Mix the cooked chicken to the masala 9:Sprinkle some spring onion and serve hot
