  • Basmati rice 200 gms
  • Salt
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Dried ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
