Sweet Potato Kebabs

Ingredients to make Sweet Potato Kebabs

  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 tsp maida
  • 1 bowl thin vermicelli
  • Oil to deep fry

How to make Sweet Potato Kebabs

  1. Wash and Boil sweet potatoes and potatoes.
  2. Peel and mash them.
  3. Add Onions, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and mix well. Give them desired shape and keep aside.
  4. In a bowl take maida and mix water and pinch of salt and make batter.
  5. In a plate, take thin vermicelli and crush them nicely.
  6. Keep a pan on stove and put oil in it.
  7. Take kebabs, dip in maida, roll in vermicelli and deep fry them.
  8. Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce.
