Ingredients to make Arbi Patte ke Kofte

  • Colocasia leaves smaller are better 15
  • Gram flour 150 gm
  • Tomato 5 grind
  • Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • Coriander powder 1 tspn
  • Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried mango powder 1 tspn
  • Oil 200 gm

How to make Arbi Patte ke Kofte

  1. Make a batter of gram flour for fritters consistency. Add salt and chilli.
  2. Cut colocasia leaves in 2 pieces each. Roll them and dip in gram flour batter and deep fry.
  3. Now add little oil in a pan, add tomato paste, fry it well. Add masala and salt, add water and bring it to boil since reduces add colcasia kofte switch off the gas.
