Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Colocasia leaves smaller are better 15
  2. Gram flour 150 gm
  3. Tomato 5 grind
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  5. Coriander powder 1 tspn
  6. Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Dried mango powder 1 tspn
  9. Oil 200 gm

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of gram flour for fritters consistency. Add salt and chilli.
  2. Cut colocasia leaves in 2 pieces each. Roll them and dip in gram flour batter and deep fry.
  3. Now add little oil in a pan, add tomato paste, fry it well. Add masala and salt, add water and bring it to boil since reduces add colcasia kofte switch off the gas.
