ABOUT Poha Cutlets RECIPE

A quick recipe full of vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups poha soaked
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 carrot grated
  4. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  5. 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoon boiled peas
  7. Pealed and grated potato 1 no.
  8. 4-5 green chillies finely chopped
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. 4 teapoon semolina
  13. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the vegetables in the soaked poha, semolina and spices.
  2. Bind all together with a help of some water like a dough.
  3. Make an oval shape ball and flaten it.
  4. For frying :
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Put cutlets in the oil and fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
