Ingredients to make Healthy Mix Sprouts Veg Sandwich

  • Spinach blanched and cut 20 leaves
  • Mix sprouts 150 gms
  • Carrot grated 1 large
  • Sliced tomato 1
  • Cheese slices 2
  • Brown bread slices 4
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste

How to make Healthy Mix Sprouts Veg Sandwich

  1. Blend sprouts with very little water (coarse).
  2. Saute a little. Add pepper and salt.
  3. Add coriander leaves.
  4. Cut blanched spinach and add to mixture. Just cook for half minute and remove.
  5. On a slice of bread spread the mixture, grated carrot, a cheese slice. Spread little tomato sauce (optional), put a slice of tomato and cover with another bread.
  6. Make sandwich in Sandwich maker.
  7. Serve with some potato chips.

My Tip:

You can add potato slices as well. Can add green chutney if your kids prefer. How about a glass of Lime Juice or Fresh Sweet Lime Juice For Your kid ?
