- • 300 gram Chick pea flour (Besan)
- • 200 gram Sugar
- • ½ cup water
- • Saffron pinch
- • 2 tsp Cardamom powder
- • 250 gram ghee
- • 1 tbsp ghee
- • 1 tbsp milk
- • 2 tbsp khoya
- • 1 tbsp mix dry fruit slice

My Tip:Sugar syrup's consistency should be only 1 1/2 thread, then only mohanthal will freeze.
