Ingredients to make Healthy punch Chaat

  • 4 tbsp of plain oats
  • Urad Dal Powder (100 gms)
  • Kishmish (20 gms)
  • Imli chutney
  • Green mint chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 bowl of curd
  • Pepper & Jeera (crushed coarsely)
  • Salt
  • For Garnishing:
  • 2 tbsp of cornflakes
  • Small cubes of Cucumber (1 spoon)
  • 2 tbsp Onion (chopped finely)
  • 2-3 red cherries (diced)

How to make Healthy punch Chaat

  1. Make a thick batter of soaked Quaker Oats, Urad Dal powder, kishmish, salt, Pepper & Jeera & keep aside for half an hour. Heat oil and fry like Vada. Keep on tissue to soak extra oil. Now in a plate, add Vada, sprinkle dahi, and both chutneys.
