Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Daliya 1 katori
  2. Chicken boiled and shredded- 1 cup
  3. Spinach washed and cut 1 bunch
  4. Aaloo boiled and mashed 2 ( small )
  5. Rice flour 1/2 katori
  6. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  8. Salt, chilli , garam masaala according to taste
  9. Oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook daliya with 1 1/2 katori water.
  2. Let it cool than add cut spinach , mashed potato, spinach, chicken, rice flour , gram flour and coriander leaves.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt and masala.
  4. Shape in a cutlet form and shallow fry on non stick pan.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
