Ingredients to make Dalia spinach chicken Cutlet

  • Daliya 1 katori
  • chicken boiled and shredded- 1 cup
  • spinach washed and cut 1 bunch
  • Aaloo boiled and mashed 2 ( small )
  • Rice flour 1/2 katori
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt, chilli , garam masaala according to taste
  • oil for shallow frying.

How to make Dalia spinach chicken Cutlet

  1. Pressure cook daliya with 1 1/2 katori water.
  2. Let it cool than add cut spinach , mashed potato, spinach, chicken, rice flour , gram flour and coriander leaves.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt and masala.
  4. Shape in a cutlet form and shallow fry on non stick pan.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

My Tip:

Don't over cook daliya to make it easy to shape. You can add sprouts also to make it healthy.
