yes.. you heard it right its homemade pomegranate Icecream!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milkmaid -1tin
  2. Vanilla essence -1drop
  3. Powdered sugar as per taste
  4. Fresh cream -200ml
  5. Whipping cream-200ml
  6. Pomegranate -2
  7. Cake sprinklers for decoration

Instructions

  1. Take a food processor blend cream with milkmaid, sugar, whipped cream, essence and 1 pomegranate and blend well, transfer it in to a bowl, set it in a freezer for 1hour.
  2. Take it out blend again add few granules of pomegranate, mix well and freeze it for 4hours for best results.
  3. Scoop out in a serving dish and serve chilled in an icecream cone or whatever you desire. (i have used cake sprinklers)

Can i add tutti frutti essence? I think it will go well with pomegranate.
