Mango Fruit Cream

Ingredients to make Mango Fruit Cream

  • For mango fruit cream :
  • Hung curd : 1 cup (unsour curd)
  • Sweet whipped cream : 1 cup
  • Mixed tinned fruits : 1 1/2 cup (drained & chopped)
  • mango puree : 1/2 cup
  • For sweet whipped cream :
  • Amul fresh cream : 1 cup
  • Icing sugar : 1 cup or to taste

How to make Mango Fruit Cream

  1. Take hung curd and cream in a bowl. Mix them using a spoon very softly so that both of them should combine properly.
  2. Now add chopped fruits in it and mix.
  3. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hr.
  4. Now take it out and add mango puree. Mix well.
  5. Now pour it in serving plate and place cherry on top.
  6. Again keep it in fridge for 1/2 hr..
  7. Serve chilled.
  8. *****I used tinned mixed fruit cocktail...instead of this fresh fruits can be added.
  9. ***For sweet whipped cream :
  10. Amul fresh cream : 1 cup
  11. Icing sugar : 1 cup or to taste
  12. Method :
  13. Mix both of them in a bowl and keep it in fridger for 1 hr.
  14. Now take it out and whisk it with a blender till soft peaks are formed.
  15. ***It can be stored for 1 week in fridge.
  16. ****I used icing sugar bcaze it dissolves very quickly.
  17. ****Normal powder sugar can also be used.
