Ingredients to make Healthy Millet Pizza

  • Sauce ingredients:8-10 tomatoes
  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • chilli flakes
  • oregano
  • Dough recipe:- 2 cups jawari ka atta sieved
  • 2tsp yeast
  • 2tsp sugar
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tbsb oil olive/any cooking oil
  • 2cups warm water
  • Pizza veggies:-2 onions, cut lenghtwise
  • 1 capsicum, cut lengthwise
  • Sweetcorn
  • paneer(optional)
  • baby corn (optional)

How to make Healthy Millet Pizza

  1. Method of making pizza:- For dough-mix all ingredients, and knead into a smooth dough using warm water, apply oil on dough and keep aside. Pre-heat otg on high flame for 10min.s Now take 1portion of dough and roll it on butter paper.
  2. Pizza sauce method: take pressure cooker add tomatoes,ginger and garlic, then grind and then take a pan add oil, add puree in and let it boil after it gets thick, add all masalas and let it cook nicely.Apply sauce and veggies on pizza base .
  3. Grate cheese on top.
  4. Keep the pizza for baking in otg 5mins for down part with butter paper only then 10mins on both and if needed 5mins again down.
  5. Ready to serve.. cut in 4 pieces and serve.
