Ingredients to make Crunchy chicken

  • 500gms bonelss chicken
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 100-200 gms maida
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper acc to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • oil to fry

How to make Crunchy chicken

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and mix with salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano and chilli flaked. Keep aside for marinating. Approx., 15 mints.
  2. Prepare the egg bath by beating the eggs, salt and pepper together and keep it aside.
  3. In an open bowl or a plate, mix maida and cornflour for coating.
  4. After the chicken is well marinated, heat enough oil in a wok to deep fry.
  5. To fry, dip the chicken piece in the egg bath and then roll it in the maida cornflour mix, then carefully put it in the heated oil.
  6. After the chicken is fried well and the color changes to a nice brown, take it out of the oil and place it on a paper towle to drain the oil. Serve hot.

Make sure the chicken is marinated well for a tasty dish.
