Ingredients to make Spicy Bhel

  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 2 tbsp namkeen (mixture)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 red chilli powder
  • 1/4 chat masala
  • 2 tsp saunth chutney
  • 2 tsp dhaniya chutney
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chilli

How to make Spicy Bhel

  1. Put puffed rice in a bowl, add namkeen mixture.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato and cucumber as well as green chilli.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder and chat masala.
  4. Mix everything.
  5. Add both chutneys and lemon juice.
  6. Mix properly and add coriander leaves.
  7. Spicy chapati bhel ready.

My Tip:

If namkeen mixture not available you can add bhujia also.
